PISD

PISD preserves meaningful structure in evolving discourse before a reliable purpose, task, requirement or solution has been established.

Problem

Task-oriented systems tend to collapse exploratory conversation into one inferred objective too early. PISD keeps intent absent, plural, uncertain, evolving or reframed when the discourse does not yet warrant commitment.

Representation

The method uses a semantic-event-driven decomposition cadence and a stateful discussion-space representation so threads, tensions, alternatives and unresolved structure can survive without being promoted into false certainty.

Scope

PISD owns preservation and decomposition of pre-intent discourse structure. It does not authorize solution selection, turn possible directions into accepted requirements, or make an unresolved discussion equivalent to an execution decision.
