Semantic Orientation & Relationship Resolver reduces semantic misorientation across distributed systems: identity, representation, relationships, evidence, scope, time and claim authority remain separate until the evidence supports a bounded resolution.
The same underlying subject can appear through repository names, local copies, branches, cards, projections, indexes and runtime observations. SORR prevents labels, references or newer observations from being silently upgraded into identity or authority verdicts.

SORR composes with ORBIT for orientation, CARD/POINTER for bounded representation and routing, and other systems for observation, coordination or execution. Transport never becomes semantic ownership merely by carrying a result.
The governed engineering sources and semantic contracts remain the deeper authority. This page is a public-safe projection of SORR as a capability family and does not turn it into a universal truth engine or transfer semantic ownership to adjacent systems.
